The client wanted an ambient lighting feature in their loft’s apex roof, so we installed LED lights to enhance both style and function. The subtle glow accentuates the height and shape of the roofline, creating a warm and inviting ambience that feels modern and comfortable.

Through the discovery session with the client, we understood their desire to maximise the loft space in their newly purchased home by transforming it into a versatile area. Their vision was to include a dedicated home office, a spacious walk-in wardrobe, and a marble vanity area with generous storage throughout. By carefully planning the layout and incorporating clever design details, the loft was reimagined into a practical yet stylish space that met both functional needs and lifestyle goals.

The vision for this bathroom was to create a luxury, organic feel inspired by natural textures. Pietra Sand Spanish tiles set the tone, while bevel-cut niches added a smooth, seamless detail. Modern elements such as underfloor heating and an LED mirror completed the design with a contemporary edge.

This modern bathroom combines clean lines with thoughtful detailing for a sleek and stylish finish. Large-format tiles create a sense of space, while textured Peronda tiles add a striking feature to the basin wall. Contemporary fixtures and a neutral palette complete the look with a timeless yet fresh feel.

To make the most of the space under the stairs, the client asked for a design that felt both practical and welcoming. The solution combined hidden storage, a built-in seat, and a coat area — creating a tidy, functional, and inviting feature.

The client wished to preserve their original 1930s front door, so we carefully restored it to its former character while updating it with a modern colour to complement the home. From stripping away old paint to repairing damaged sections, the door was brought back to life as a beautiful feature once again.

The client wished to retain their existing staircase, despite its poor condition. By carefully stripping it back and repairing the damaged sections, we restored it to its original strength and character. As part of the loft conversion, we designed and installed a new staircase from the first floor, carefully crafted to blend seamlessly with the style of the original.

In this development of modern apartments, we installed Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) to provide an efficient and sustainable heating solution. By extracting heat from the outside air, the system supplied reliable warmth and hot water while significantly reducing carbon emissions. This not only lowered running costs for residents but also ensured the homes were future-ready, in line with modern energy standards and environmental responsibility.
